Indian Head Massage - £45
45 minute Appointment
Includes a short consultation and consent form, followed by approximately 30 minutes of massage.
Indian Head Massage & Reiki – £60
60 minute appointment
Includes a 10–15 minute consultation, followed by approximately 45–50 minutes of combined Indian Head Massage and Reiki.
A relaxing treatment bringing together the soothing touch of massage with the gentle energy of Reiki.
Indian Head Massage with Sound — £60
60 minute appointment
A relaxing combination of Indian Head Massage and soothing sounds from therapeutic instruments.
Your treatment begins with Indian Head Massage to ease everyday tension in the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, followed by a gentle sound experience to help you unwind and enjoy a sense of calm and stillness.
Includes a short consultation, approximately 30 minutes of massage and 15–20 minutes of sound.
What to Expect During Your Treatment
Indian Head Massage is performed while you're comfortably seated in a chair.
You can choose a dry massage, performed over clothing, or an oil-based treatment with your upper body uncovered.
For oil-based treatments, I use beautiful, handcrafted botanical oils created especially for Hinterland Healing by my friend Cassandra of Artemis Rose Aromas.
Made using carefully selected botanical infusions and essential oils, these bespoke blends bring an extra element of care to your treatment, with options created for scalp care and relaxation.
We'll discuss your preferences before the treatment begins, so you can choose whichever option feels most comfortable for you.
